2017 PANA Spring Symposium
Last year's show was a sellout, so be sure to submit your application early!! All exhibitors will be on the main level of the hotel, near the educational sessions. We look forward to seeing you at the 2017 Spring event!
SET UP HOURS:
Thursday, May 4, 2017; 8:00-10:00 p.m. and/or Friday, May 5, 2017; 6:00-7:00 a.m.
Friday, May 5, 2017; 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (includes breakfast, all meeting breaks, and lunch for two staff)
Saturday, May 6, 2017; 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (includes breakfast and all meeting breaks)
TEAR DOWN HOURS:
Saturday, May 6, 2017; 2:00-4:00 p.m.
Medical/Anesthesia Product Vendors: $750 OR $800 for table + full page ad ($900 value)
Educators and Recruiters: $500 OR $550 for table + full page ad ($650 value)
Non-Anesthesia-Related Vendor: $350 OR $400 for table + full page ad ($500 value)
**Each exhibitor table will include draping, one 6’ table and one chair. This fee covers meal tickets for 2 staff for each booth, as well as access to electrical outlets, if needed. Additional tickets for meals can be purchased onsite.
Completion of an online registration form or a copy of the Contract Agreement form must be received by the PANA office no later than Friday, April 7, 2017 along with all other forms identifying sponsorship and/or advertising requests.
